>>>> I am known by all to live for the outdoors. One of my all time favorite place to go to is Crater Lake, OR. While it is always a great pleasure to go there, taking photos can sometimes be challenging. The weather is just unpredictable. In the past, I have been  lucky, this time.... not so much!  We arrived at 9:30 am ready to hike and take photos. As soon as I got out of the car, the mosquitoes started munching on me. Yikes! I started hiking to the top of the mountain, and as I finally got to the top getting ready to go to work, the weather suddenly changed to clouds, followed shortly thereafter by a serious rain storm.  I was only able to capture a few frames then we had to go for cover. Our trip ended up at the lodge for lunch and an early return back home. Yes;  it was a long drive. Yes; it was a little disappointing, but it is Crater Lake, and nature rolls at the beat of its own drum. I still enjoyed going there and I am looking forward to my next trip. Following are a few of the frames that I took. Until next time! <<<
